I really enjoyed the first session, it gave me a lot to think about within my role as a team leader, both for myself, and also for the team. I have always thought we do not do enough to support people, but actually we do a lot of the things suggested, such as SWOT, EDP, and Competency framework already, which was good to hear. Now I would like to focus on adapting how I share these with the team for a more positive experience.
