What is This Programme


This course gives managers the essential tools and skills to lead their teams to success.

Exploring expectations on participants in their roles, then giving them the skills to succeed, the course will develop emotional and social intelligence in participants to be able to manage a diverse group of people and situations.

Delivered over six interactive half-day workshops, the course offers practical tools and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.

Participants leave with increased confidence, a clear sense of leadership responsibility, and actionable strategies to apply immediately in their teams.

Interactive Virtual Delivery

Workshops are delivered online to provide greater flexibility and include a mix of trainer-led instruction, group discussions, and breakout activities.

Post-Workshop Challenges

After each module, learners can set action-focused challenges to apply learning to their roles.
